Nexon gave me a refund
I always hear stories about Nexon's customer service failing and things similar to that so I decided to make this thread.
My experience with Nexon has by far been very good.
I have logged a ticket back in September after buying a Fire Katana nx cover and not being able to use it because of the misleading info on it
(it said it could be equippable on all weapons).
They replied to my ticket 2 months later (no, not two years later) and gave me a full refund in Maple Points.

Give the company a chance, instead of scapegoating the company for all your problems.
PS : I bought this Rainbow Brush nx cover instead

No one noticed that because he said he made it 2 months ago, afterwards he SPECIFICALLY stated NO. NOT 2 years ago.

One is money-related, the other isn't.

eh, i got my refund from the roll back after logging a ticket, and its in prepaid too.

not bad, never had any direct problems with nexon so i wouldn't have any personal experience with their customer service.
nexon finally looked at my ticket after 4 months... just to close it? rlly my bishop is still glitched from the ap event

a few months ago during the first major rollbacks, i lost 46k nx worth of cubes due to rollback, and i logged a ticket
just a few days ago i got an email saying that theyve given me 46k maple points as compensation

Yeah well of all the tickets I posted them they never helped me, they never even found a resolution for any they just closed them after 6 months, so I have a bad relationship with them.
Seriously, that customer service is horrible. 2 month wait time?
Other companies have you call them and they immediately fix the problem, for example Blizzard's customer service.. call them and wait about 30min or something on the phone, and then tell them your problem and they fix it on the spot. I'd rather wait 30min on the phone than a few weeks or months to get something fixed.
Nexon's Customer service is not even close to horrid, it's barely on par to horrid.
LOL, nice to hear! My experience with Nexon so far is pretty good also. They shorten my ban by 3-4 months because it was due to some glitch
They are nice to me too they're not so bad after all.
