Nobody said it was easy.

But we all gotta start somewhere.
Yep, that's very true. Now we just have to figure out where to start.

I'm not American.
I'm saying the UN overall should do something to help them
That's still easier said than done. Philanthropists around the world help a few villages(upwards of around 1000 people) here and there. The UN might be able to help around 10 to 20 times that. Helping a nation of over 1 billion people is no easy feat.

This is why I hate countries like Pakistan and India
Why don't we just take over and help the people?
Actually give them health. Sanitize the country. Reduce the chance of those diseases.

Being an older brother looking after my younger baby brother, I feel really strong about these kinda things. No Baby should ever have to deal with that.
That wouldn't be such a good idea considering that India alone has over 1 billion people. Treating even half of them would cost way too much and only deepen America's massive debt. Also, a developed country going into a country that is transitioning out of being a 3rd world country could send the wrong message to other nations.

sure, let's hate things that are in need instead of the people who aren't helping them.
ahh abortion!
That would be too cruel..
Killing it off before it is even born! The parents should kill the baby themselves with a knife.
Stare in to its eyes from beyond as it leaves this world, knowing they made him and that they gave him this pain.

Being a mutant, I wouldn't be surprised if he floats instead of walking.

Isn't it obvious? Less 12-year-olds on xBox live makes the game play more enjoyable

That's amazing o.o I think it's cool, though I know the parents, doctors and the baby would disagree.

Actually I have a story about this. So my friend worked at a Gamestop right next to were I used to work (Grocery Store). Little Kid comes in with his mom, Grabs Gears of War and they head to the check out. My friend warns the mom about the chainsawing of enemies and general graphic content within the game. The mom thanks him, and puts the game back, and the kid leaves upset.

I turn to him and say, "Wow you're really being responsible about this! Not letting that little kid trick his mom into buying that game. Good for you man!"

He replies, "Oh I didn't do it for the little kids well being. I did it cause I don't want frikin 12 year olds on my damn Xbox live!"
