OC spray via pepper spray! It freakin' sucks! People say they rather get shot than get sprayed again. Others say it felt like your face was pXXXed on by the devil. I felt like the skin on my face melted away and then dabbed in salt.

The worst pain I've had is being single my whole life when my boner is 24/7.

Had to have some blood vessels in my nose cauterized due to chronic nosebleeds. The doctor didn't put the numbing where he used the silver nitrate on. The combined burning feeling and pressure made me almost pass out twice.

For me it was an infection and pain from wisdom teeth coming in at a really bad angle

I've freaking smashed my face on the ground, breaking two teeth and losing one, and that didn't even hurt. I have no idea how, but none of that hurt...not hitting the ground, not my teeth, not getting them fixed at the dentist (cause anesthesia worked completely).

And that's the biggest accident I've had. So the most pain I've had was probably from some scrape at some point.

When I had a stomach ache because the ramen I ate was too salty. I was having the runs and vomiting too.

I trolled @prokite in one of my threads...then I kept trying to clue him in by making progressively sillier comments...but he just kept biting. It hurts me to know I had confused him so much in such a public way.

Abscessed tooth, second premolar on lower right side. Felt better after it was yanked the frig out.

Gone under the knife for 14 hours. Morphine doesn't do anything...

Well I wouldn't say this was painful, but I once cracked my head open. (Brain view able and everything) Had to go to the doctor, and he had the brilliant idea of chaining my arms and legs to make sure I don't flail around or something. I got so annoyed by it I literally broke the chains off from my hands and feet; in doing so I accidentally punched my forehead which gave me a mild headache soon after. Though this happened when I was 5-6 years old. Now anytime something bonks my head I wouldn't feel anything, just like my back!

But to actually answer the question... I was caring one end of a couch, and as we were heading downstairs I slipped on one of the steps rolling down out the front door while the couch pushed me at a high velocity, causing me to roll over the top of my car and smack face first in front of my friend's front door. My sister then yelled out "Watch out for that door Alex!" I just laid there crying outside, but laughing deep down.

They don't put you to sleep for that? I've had an endoscopy and many colonoscopies, and they put me to sleep for those.

The worst pain I've had is my Crohn's pain, been to the hospital around 10 times so far for it

self induced pain from the 1 time I tried to down a bottle of tylenol. Felt like my insides were on fire and I couldn't sleep. I threw up a lot.

uhh... I was riding down a hill on my bike a long time ago and I ran into a stop sign, my whole body went forward but the only thing that hurt me the most was my groin.

and wdf, they didnt put you to sleep for that cystoscopy

My leg started to rip off in a bike accident where my leg got stuck in the wheel when it was moving, I wasn't walking well for a month or so, still have a scar on my leg too, was about 10 years ago, but that's just for physical pain, i've experienced worse in other terms.

I had a kidney stone two summers ago. That was awful. According to women who have given birth and had kidney stones before, the pain is about the same.

At least 3 times per week I feel a deep pain in my heart, and I think I'll have an heart attack. I ate so many trash foods in these days, so yeah, I'm going to die soon.

Luckily for me the worst pain I ever had was chipping my tooth on cement wall. The thing under the skin above the lips split in two in the process.
