100 diligence quest Mini rant
Well after casually raising my diligence on and off over the year I finally maxed it out but in order to get the last Medal you have to craft an item called "Tenacious Knight Pauldron" which can ONLY be obtained from secret scrolls from what I'm reading and in order to make that item you need Gallent emblems which long ago stopped dropping from monsters and they never did bring PVP back, this sucks.

That's why this shoulder is so rare in game.
Though Basil's data says the recipe drops by Miner Zombie, I don't think it's correct because I haven't seen anyone get it from the monster.

medals are over rated they just show how bothered u are
I remember seeing a few PvP shoulders being sold in FM like 1-2 months ago, pretty sure they came from those random reward CS items, wait for those to come back and you may have luck.
Do you actually have to craft it, or can you get/buy/steal(how?) one from someone?
Well at least now you have 100 Diligence.

Well I guess wait till PvP comes back, or hopefully find someone with the pauldron.
