Are we ignoring the obvious solution to crackbabies Eschewing the defined norms, has become the norm. So why don't we look into more radical solutions to extreme problems. What I mean is, why is selling children that bad? If a mother was on crack, would it not be better to sell her child to a completely healthy adoptive couple, who could provide the child with adequate care? And in exchange the mother gets some money to feed her crack addiction. It stops her from committing a crime to satisfy her addiction. It helps a couple -- otherwise incapable of reproduction -- have a child, to love and raise as their own. And finally, it helps the child itself by providing it with an upper class (or at least middle class) environment in which to be ra
