Are they untradeable after opening? and do you get ones for other jobs?

You can trade them before you open them.
If you open them you can get any skills (even from other jobs) but you can disassemble any you don't want in order to craft ones you do want.
in kms and maplesea you can but who knows what gms might do.

Yes. If you get ones for other jobs you disassemble them to get points so that you can craft the ones you want.
It costs significantly more points than you get when you disassemble something to craft the ones you want, obviously.
