New Potential Tier?
So since they added a new, 4th tier for 150+ items, does this mean there are new potentials you can get (like how before only 3rd tier items could get 12% on a stat)?

So since they added a new, 4th tier for 150+ items, does this mean there are new potentials you can get (like how before only 3rd tier items could get 12% on a stat)?

It's negligible for now.
It's nowhere as good as the old fourth tier as far as I can tell. Pre-bb you could get 28%stat on a VIP equip (the only ones 120+ at the time anyway) on unique but you don't come anywhere close to that with the new potential tier. The only items 151+ are Terminus and Alien PQ equips, which aren't really worth cubing due to Fafnir/Gollux anyway.

it's only +1% stat
so if 150- items get 6% luk lvl 150+ items get 7% luk
