Best weapon post Red?
I know 1h + att. shield is best right now, but how is it post RED? Apparently 2H becomes the best for Pallys, so I wanted to know if a similar thing was happening with Heroes.

I know 1h + att. shield is best right now, but how is it post RED? Apparently 2H becomes the best for Pallys, so I wanted to know if a similar thing was happening with Heroes.

the more attack you have, the better 2H weapons become (assuming they have the same speed as 1H weapons, which they don't in most cases), and the shield has to have enough attack to even the 2Hander.

Yea I bought a 10 AT&T shield (pot) for 10 mill which I think is decent but it's hard to find a good scrolled one with a good pot...

maybe because it's different world. But in Broa, over the last 3 months i've only seen one shield for sale 12att (scrolled. no pot) So it's really hard to find a 15+att one (which should equal 2h+medal)
@lts033: Sorry I worded that wrong. What I meant was that [i]compared[/i] to finding a good Medalion, it's much easier to find a good Shield. And shields aren't near impossible to find, I come across good ones all the time, although finding one with %Boss on it is quite the pain I admit.

If you have decent si or an attack speed increase buff from inner abilities (or even just a lot of mpe green potions to spam), 2H is better now and will be better still post red.
Even if you don't have any additional attack increase buffs aside from booster, that 2H multiplier is enough to easily compare to a 1H wep with more than 20 attk over the 2H.
If you get 20att+ shield, one handed is better
If not, i'm pretty sure 2h is better (provided that you're not sealed etc that will stop your attack)

Can't you have a secondary to go along with 2h sword though? Sure, you'll probably miss out on some attack, but it'll be made up by the weapon multiplier of 2h swords, and not to mention secondary can also get you the same potential as shields.
2H is only better if you have a 608ATT Shonetooth Sword..
1H is only better if you have a 250+ATT FASTER sword AND a 450ATT shield.
But IMO, I would go for the 1h+shield because equipping a shield makes you look bawss.
2H is already better.
