Aw that's a shame. I remember the Crow and Sterling packages being available for the longest in the Cash Shop. Oh well. Thanks for the help guys!

This, along with starling hair, they both never came back.

Crowl doesn't come up too often in when royals are updated, but it has shown up sometimes.
Truth be told, you'd be better off trying to get another hair style
If it's royal, double click to check in CS. I would honestly say no though.
