Definitely a good buy.
Oh dam... what is so much better than my 15% unique shoulder i bought for 4.6....
That one extra bil is totally worth it for that extra +7% Specific stat compared to mine. ..

A legendary shoulder alone is already worth over 10 B easily. Unless it has like 0 att or something.
