Is Maple Worth It Anymore?
I've been playing since 2007, only in scania, and I'm just wondering if it's even worth coming back to. I got a few 150-180 characters (mains were hero dk n bishop) that I've been on and off with for a couple years because of so much that has changed in the game

It is worth it for me, I enjoy playing the game and unlike other people I find the game much more dynamic and rich in content than before, except for perhaps the more solo aspect of the game, if you join a guild and make friends, I always have frieds to chill with. Gotta see for yourself tho, that's the best way to find out!
I think it's still alright, just come back with the mindset that you want to have fun, rather than farming stuff for dps (unless that's fun to you lol)
i came back after about 1yr break. and i definetly noticed a big change in the daily mapling. less people generely. and no one likes to chill anymore.as kawaski said this game is 90% just getting range now. i personly still play though.
The new quest lines are lots of fun. Black Heaven, Friendstory and the library story thing are worth a try
But after playing through all the new content (took about 3 weeks) I got bored and basically quit again. I had a few good friends and a nice enough guild, but it wasn't enough to keep me coming back online.
The game used to be fun. But there are less people, less pqs, and etc. It was more of a social game before. Now its just dmg/items.
camping weekly hot times is just about the only useful thing to do on maple nowadays
Actually let me give you the formula if it's worth your time.
(Download size) x (Internet Speed) = DL Time, + (Log in/ figuring out your password) = Getting into the game. Worth it = (Friends?) + (Goals for the game?) + (Money to get NX to be swag?) + (Guild?)
You can determine yourself if you play around for a bit.
Will only cost you an hour.
If that is too much for you, then it probably isn't worth at all.
