Smithing being reset?

So I smith every day and after 2-3 days and reach level 10. When i reach level 10 I reset back to level 1 and smith more till i cant and this is usually around level 3-4? Well after that, the next day occurs and I see that my smithing resets itself to a point where i dont even have smithing as a profession. Does anyone have an explanation or does this also happen to other people?

p.s this happened like 5 times already.
