Don't. There is absolutely nothing special about them. They're just here because Nexon hasn't take them out yet. You'll most likely get a temp item. Trust me on this, I did 3 a few weeks ago to get rid of a bunch of music notes and other trash that wouldn't sell.

some of these things have shown up in the prem boxes before but many of those things listed are not worth the trouble or the nx

@Dorks @WowChowMein: But what makes these boxes so special? Do they have theirr own list of items that they give out? Are they guaranteed to give out one of teh most wanted items? What makes them worth all this trouble?

Not worth. You get temp items. Gotta trade in like 6~7 items for one attempt. They do give out perms but it's not worth.
