Ia question
I was resetting IA and managed to hit +21 attack on a unique line. I only have 31k honor points, along with 58 of those circulators that I got when bosses still dropped them (but they only go up to unique). Should I keep trying to hit legendary?
I don't really know if its worth it to risk losing 21 attack, especially since my weapon is only +4 right now. How much honor did it take everyone on average to hit legendary rank IA?

21atk is something I'd keep until you plan on dropping some NX on circulators
It took my Kaiser 3K+ points to get to legendary w/ +1 attack speed. People hate me for it. That's the only instance I have for legendary.
I'd say on average it takes about 60k - 70k honor to hit legendary for me
I'm very unlucky with IA on my NW. I've used well over 60k honor and I've hit unique for all of 5 resets. After that the next reset put me back to epic and I've yet to hit unique again.
@ksilsu: Yea I figured
That's what I'm worried about. I see all of these people on Basil who have supposedly made it to legendary IA within 10k honor exp, but my RNG luck is awful in this game.
Honestly, only the very lucky and very unlucky will post on here because it provokes some sort of reaction.
You see all of these people on Basil who have gotten legendary, but I bet there are 100's of non-legendary IA Basilers for every single legendary IA receiver :o
I've used over 150k honor points and I've went from rare to unique back to rare about 4 or 5 times now. I would keep it.
I've gotten legendary on 3 mules out of 11 just from the points gotten from 1-120.
If you're satisfied with that I'd keep it, there's nothing more depressing than using 40k points to reset a legendary back down to rare.
