What if Nexon did a spring cleaning of unplayed characters
Say...they announce that all characters in all servers will get a free transfer to a new version of their server (ie. characters in Old Scania would get a free transfer to New Scania) and that by the end of the month, those characters that remain in the old servers will all get deleted, and those IGNs would be available to use again.
Would you support such a move?

That sounds like something GMS would do.
I understand there are names people might want, but I'm tired of ideas on how to delete "inactive" accounts as a way to get those names for their characters. What about the people that stop playing for a year, but come back later on to find their character got purged. That would be frustrating. Just come up with new and interesting ideas for names. Combine words you like, create entirely new words that sound like they could be actual words, etc., there's plenty of possibilities even with a limit of 13 characters in our names.

You can simply log in and transfer it since the TS did say everybody unless for some reason you have no time in a whole month.
