You will be unable to log in to the game. Players who are already logged in will be unaffected.

You will be able to play as Phantom starting at 8 AM. Check out the notes here
Log in or relog after 8 AM to pick up a Phantom Celebration Box. Find out what you need to do here.
The new world, Renegades, will open. Check out all the new world related events here
