it really depends on many things. You have to take into account many bonuses, and include Arcane Aim, and 100% crit rate (145%~150% damage).
In general, there's not a set range to do 1m per line, because You could do 1m per line with 100k, or with 160k range. it could vary. In general, I'd say the avarage is 120k, because if you get 120k range your varage fighting seesion would include a lot of Infinity, that's why you could surpass 1m per line every few minutes.
depend on what tho... if your talking about ancient golems i hit just about 1m with 94k range and 115% ignore. I did 1m on green mushrooms with around 150k range.
I don't have all my equips and links on my bishop atm, but at 140-ish k range with all skills maxed and max AA active in range, I can hit around 920k on them turtle things by Leafre.

Of course, you can get a high range with total damage %, and with a lot of PDR, with Sharp Eyes, ETC...

a 70k range lets me hit 500k to mobs, *fully* buffed[including infinity] I hit 1.2m/line
i'd wager you need closer to a 100k range to hit 1m/line
