Update with that Miracle Time Glitch

I sent Nexon an email regarding the issue and here is what I got back:
"Thank you for contacting Nexon America Customer Support.
I am very sorry to hear of your recent disappointment in the Miracle Time. I have reviewed the information you have provided and please know that the notifications you receive means you get the miracle time buff and not a tier up on the potential. This buff will allow everyone in the map to receive Weapon Attack +30 and Magic Attack +30 for 15 minutes. You were granted this buff for participating in the event. I apologize for the confusion that this was not a potential tier up and I will not be able to provide you with a compensation at this time. I am truly sorry for this matter. Please refer to the link below for more information about the event.

The notification is glitched but has nothing to do with cubing, its not really something you can ask nexon to compensate you for. I got a tier up to legendary but didn't get the buff notification.

I'm so sorry that I do not have my reading glasses to read the non-existent fine print that Nexon has apparently put on the Miracle Time page.
Do you have a screenshot of this message, for legitimacy reasons?
Classic nexon move. you should send another ticket with the full screen, the part with your ign. Eventhough you could see it partially in the screen im sure the GM decided to ignore that fact to make things easier on himself.

"I have looked over the event page for Miracle Time and here is what it says: "Also, some of the luckiest players will be granted a Double Miracle Time Blessing after successfully increasing rank TWICE! This buff will allow everyone in the map to receive Weapon Attack +30 and Magic Attack +30 for 15 minutes." This clearly means players only get that buff if their items tier up, so I do not understand how you can say this buff is from simply participating in the event."
Heh. You all deserve this for putting your time and money into this game run by Nexon.
I used a gachapon ticket and didn't receive the item I wanted. I demand compensation!
You should of showed your full screen ie. that it is actually you who was getting the tier up, and not someone else.
But anyways, Im sorry for your loss. Hopefully they will compensate you in the future :<
