What to upgrade with 1.5 bil?
I know that my biggest problem is a lack of %dex but I don't want to spend money and cube all my things
So, when keeping that in mind, what should I do? ._.;

Bullseye Ring
True Shot (3 watk)

Mystic Belt
Oh also, would anyone happen to know how much a clean Emp Glove with 2 lines of purple bonus pot (2% all stats/crap line) is worth? o_o Randomly fused it and definitely not going to risk trying to scroll this one xD

Switch out the tempest ring for a 9% dex one. You don't have enough % dex in your range as mentioned . Same with your shoulders; go for 9%+ dex ones. You can also switch the earrings to 12-15%+ dex. 8 attack isn't that big of a boost earrings wise (in Broa, half earrings chaosed for 7-8 att only go for 100-200mish as people much rather throw on 15-21%+ stat ones for the reason that they add quite a bit more range and one can always bonus pot for attack/ self chaos some attack on it.
With the upcoming free empress equip event, try fusing empress equips you get and make 6%+ ones for free (not the best BUT it'll let you replace some of the other empress ones you have been using while adding some % dex into your range for free).
More attack is always good BUT you need % dex/ dex equips to complement it otherwise your range will get saturated.

Forgot to mention that the MoN is a 12 atk. Does that affect the %dex needed to ecplise it?
