911 This Sunday
Well, as many of you may know the so-called "anniversary" of 9/11 is growing near. One question I do have, is why do media sites continue to show disturbing footage/photographs. The last thing people that lost relatives in the tragic accident want to see is a reminder of what happened/whom they lost. It kind of irritates, considering I have good friends that lost their cousins/etc on that day. Well, yeah thats all I had to say.

I'm going to wake up early and turn on the news in case something does happens tomorrow.

Although I agree 100% that it's unfathomably painful for loves ones to relive that day, I think it's important for us to realize and remember 2 things:
1) There is true evil in the world that wants to kill us. It doesn't matter how open-minded your lovely college classes at Berkeley are. Nothing changes the fact that there are evil forces out there that want nothing more than to kill as many innocent Americans as possible.
2) The price for forgetting this is the death of innocent Americans. The price is people jumping from 100 stories up to avoid burning to death while holding hands with a coworker to avoid dying alone. The price is thousands of children being told mommy or daddy isn't coming home because some Muslim extremist wanted to destroy all the wonderful things that this country stands for.
i have another questions: why should i care. we already got the people who caused it. seriously why should i care :o
