Does Tot not give free level anymore or?
im on my Evan, and i am pretty sure that tot gives free levels at 47-50? i was able to do it with my other classes...or is it just that Evans cant do it?

Contrary to what everyone thinks, ToT gives free levels whenever you've completed all the available quests for a level range. If you have a class specific quest, he wont give you a level because that needs to be done. This is why it varies. Everyone doesnt have the same free level range.
Contrary to popular belief, you can get free levels at ANY LEVEL UNDER 60. It is probably because Evans have a required quest to do there. Complete the quest required and do the know how quests, and you'll get your free levels.
Varies from class to class for 46-50 (Evans are at 48 i believe and phantoms are at 47). All classes have 58-60. idk if they changed it
My bam had 20+ levels from tot but idk about evans.
Sadly, some classes can't do which is annoying sometimes.
