Evan Alliance Skill-Step By Step Quests
I have seen numerous Evans confused about the Will of Alliance quests, so i am making a thread with the step by step to obtaining the skill.
[b]Willpower of Alliance[/b] (Master level 1): Permanently increases STR/DEX/INT/LUK/ATT/M.ATT +5.
First, you must complete the prequests in Edelstein.The prequests include "Town Filled with Suspicion" and "Their Identity".

Once you complete those quests, Meet Hiver 1 should appear in a light bulb.
Here's a step by step of the Meet Hiver quests. Once you reach the end of this quest line, the Alliance quest will appear.

**There is another skill that you obtain from completing the entire Silent Crusade questline-Inherited Will (Master Level 1): An Evan-exclusive skill that can be obtained through the Arkarium quests. Permanently increases M. ATT + 10, M. DEF +300, HP+15%, All Stats +10, and additional 5% damage when attacking a boss monster.
Edit: You should also have all the quests from Mir completed.
Edit2: Newly created evans received the quest without having to complete all these quests.
[b]Edit3: As of v.109 Alliance Eternal, Meet Hiver 2 is once again glitched. Cart Bears do not drop meat.[/b]

I am having this exact same problem. Any solutions?
Oh great. I quite Maple for a couple of months because the quests were so frustrating - they always glitched or failed AFTER you collected a thousand of something. So I come back tonight and decide to work on my Evan and FAIL. I have done all the prequests for this quest line but I can't get the meat to drop from the cart bears. Sigh. Is it glitched? >.<

You get back to the Conference Hall through the dimensional portal.

I'm not sure if you figured it out yet, but you get back to the Conference Hall through the dimensional portal.

THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS. I was having a hard time figuring out how to get the Alliance skill, when I received no quest at all. Now I know I have to do the Edelstein quest to get it.

It was needed since many people including myself had no idea you had to do the edel quests

There are two different skills that evans are able to obtain. I edited above to clarify which is from what.
The one I am referring to in this thread is Willpower of Alliance (Master level 1): Permanently increases STR/DEX/INT/LUK/ATT/M.ATT +5.

There are two skills that evans can obtain.
1)Willpower of Alliance-Pertains to the thread
2)Inherited Will-Received from completing Silent Crusade quests.
And if you received the collect the ores quest, then you're fine and don't have to go through all the quests I outlined above
Is there more than 1 alliance quest? Or is it just the "collect the ores" quest and then you get a skill?

Yes, that's the skill.
And as far as I know, every evan had to complete the Meet Hiver quests in order to obtain the skill. I'm not sure how you got it on your evan though o.o

Did you finish the quest with Bavan and then finish the quest with Ferdi? If you did, the a light bulb should have popped up.

Thank you very much! I have not yet started this quest, but will get to it tomorrow. I haven't done any Evan story line quests since I was asked to kill herb town pirates in the special Evan-only map. o.o Might as well get all the quests out of the way now, while I wait for a Flame wheel 20 mastery book to pop up in the auctions.

The mount quests do not to be completed, but every other Evan quest that you receive from Mir is required
