I've made these stars for my boyfriend today, and as I haven't seen anyone posting these yet, I thought I may.
The stars are level 10, 27 atk, and 2000 in a slot. To make it you need the recipe dropped from death teddies, 20 green powders, 10 mithril plates, 10 dex crystals, 10 emeralds and 10 advanced item crystals.

how did you get the recipe?
if you hunted it, how long did it take?
I'm more interested in the Hyena Mount :O

Btw, I'm over 12-15 hours at Soul teddys and still didn't find it... Just found 2 Pure crap machine arm recipe that I thought were the Infinite throwing knifes, since it's a yellow recipe as well... ='(
im in bellocan and ive searched for 13hrs total and didnt find anything

2 or 3 times I went hob king in total before I found that mount, wasn't trying badly. Also, the recipe is only useable once so I doubt I'll make an inventory full of them haha...

Well depends, if they need money charge em with PayPal.
If their battery is low, plug em to a recharger.
Otherwise, if you just wanna recharge throwing stars on maplestory, just go to a dam npc and do it

Just like any other star, you can't recharge in crafting town... f3 Try it elsewhere. I have no problems charging them.

Soul teddies yes, I made a mistake in my description thanks to them all looking like each other xD Goodluck with the recipe, I tend to go there on and off to test my luck, but no second star so far. I will try a couple of times for the other one aswell, whenever I'm not dead lazy

Well when my bf recharged them they became 2200 thanks to mastery, but besides that, the description makes no sense at all

Actually, its 2200, my mistake, I recharged on my mage the first time and since I don't have mastery, so I had only 2000. Recharged on the NL, and I got 2200 instead

The problem with these stars is really that the drop rate of the recipe is very low (in my opinion worse than angelic ring, but I may have had bad luck) and they're only craftable one time =( so for now its only a star to ' show off ' I'd say haha...
