Those pants drop from NLC mobs, quite frequently, so I'm sorry but you got ripped off.

@lv10: all itcg items have been re released, there is not a single one that you can't get. Don't buy stuff if you aren't 100% certain about an item. That's a quick way to fall flat on your face. Don't trust a single person in this god forsaken game. Only trashy people are left.

Some people, and by people I mean scammers, take advantage of the fact that either:
1. Someone who doesn't collect isn't going to know if an item is rare or not and thus pays a dumb price.
2. The desperation of some people who want to be considered collectors.

When itcg became re released, scammers stocked up and sold all the junk in the free market to people who did not know. Same thing happened with the ninja castle items. And obviously they are still doing this trickery, because apparently it works. They certainly got you, that's for sure.

short version: Don't buy stuff you don't know anything about. That's how you screw yourself over, like you just did.

The Stirgeman MK II Pants drop from the NLC mob I.AM.ROBOT.

You can still upgrade Stirge items through Stirgeman.

You can obtain iTCG items through the Crimsonwood Exchange Quests.

If you have iTCG codes, they can still be redeemed, even though they stopped officially selling them.

Not sure about the price, but they're definitely not worth 700-3b. Maybe not even 100m.

I have double checked the pants is legit 1.5b
