Nujabes / Hip-Hop Jazz
Who here is cool enough that they know Nujabes? He's good.
Also on that topic, does anyone know of other good jazzy hip hop like him? I'm always looking for more, it's a rare genre.

I love Nujabes. I own all of his albums also. My favorite would have to be Luv sic part 1,2, and 3. If you like Nujabes, you guys should also listen to DJ Okawari.
I first found out about Nujabes through Samurai Champloo. It was probably one of the best anime out there. I highly reccomend it.

Haha dude who cares? Aruarian Dances : one of my favorite Nujabes songs and probably my favorite instrumental song, or at least top 5.

What's your problem man? Actually I found out about him 6 months before he died. But either way, why is it bad if he 'became popular' - which he didn't really, he got a little more attention but really, he's still the essence of 'underground' at least in America.
Either way though, why would it be bad for such beautiful soulful music reach out to more people? You sound angry and bitter.

It sucks that he died. His music helps me write.

i haven't really explored that kinda music, but flying lotus is a cool guy.
