I honestly never thought of that. So I suppose the only way to complete it would be to purchase an extra character slot? Hmm...not sure if it was just an accident, or crafty marketing.
Also, it's a shame that those of us who bought our cash items already won't get a unique meso sack out of it.

Idk ask Nexon that. They claim that they did it due to the "unbalancing of the economy" and that they strive to keep the game balanced. Stupid lies they tell you. Thinking that that the players are too stupid to figure out the real reason which is greed.
