Friend request glitch

Hi Mr.basil and other moderators (and anyone who is more competent with this UI than me)

I got a friend request from someone so I would love to accept it. HOWEVER when I try it always redirects me to the main page. Anyone know how to fix this?
I feel really bad now because I don't even know who the person is but whoever you are IM SORRY
I can send you a friend request to test it out if you don't currently have one (also i need friends )
