Nexon removed the useless potentials, not the bad ones.
The only useless potentials are
%chance to do a face.
%accuracy.
+accuracy.
Do people actually expect them to remove ALL of the junk potentials?
Do you realize how ridiculously easy (and cheap) it would be to get 21%+ stat on all your equips then?
Yeah, that's not happening.
