OT: Its not a bug. Nexon confirmed that it was intended, they knew that Inmate was doing it, and they were watching over him to make sure he doesn't do anything bad

There's no bug being abused. There was a previous thread where a guy asked a GM via live chat where the GM said the 40 level exp thing was intentional. Unless that is a false thread, I don't see any problem. Inmatesearch and all the other top players would have been banned by now if it was against the ToS.
