I need computer help asap please
So I have a Vizio CT 14. it's roughly 3 years old. It's been working fine for the last 3 years except until recently. Recently when I try to power up my laptop, the back under glow light turns on, but the screen goes to sleep. I can hear the fans working but then the whole pc goes to sleep except the lights from the under glow stay on. If anyone can help me that'd be very much appreciated.. thank you in advance

use hdmi into a tv to see if it works, if it does work chances your screen is ded.
Pull the battery out and put it back in.
If you don't have a battery that you can pull out, then idk.
