Clean Empress vs. Low %int gear
So i'm not that funded (only have about 1 bil in total) but i want to at least get started on funding my Bishop. My question to the Basilers is what would be better with low funding, a clean Empress set or low %INT equips(probably 3%'s and 6%'s). Also, if %INT is better, how much of a % boost would i need for it to be better than Empress?

Gee, way to go natz. I've been off maple and basil for so long, planning to return for RED (is it red yet?). I should cube my stuff at some point, I've managed to poorly self scroll my stuff and have pot on everything so I just needa cube away, not planning to get godly, just want to not be a sitting duck.
Also, you can get as many 60% INT armor scrolls as you want in el nath, (I think it was a man and it's furs quest? idk, it asks you for hector tails and dark pepe beaks) it's a repeatable quests that grants you a random 60% scroll for armor (you can sell the non-INT ones as well, for whatever they're worth I guess).
60s won't do if you're aiming for godly but I just thought I should throw this around sometime. Also get your will of the alliance skill and that sweet permanent badge, and since nexon gave perma NX like candy in an event a while ago you can afford to do monster park for mustaches.

Got the full empress set minus the cape, I just cubes everything for 6% or above ('cept for the gloves, which I keep for the Decent Speed Infusion skill)

@sevenofnine: If you finish museum master 3 times in one day, (that's finishing 9 collections) they give you a special potential scroll. The event started today

hahaha, yeah i got a couple of them with hidden potential but i guess i didnt look hard enough for the others. thanks though. are 90% pot scrolls common. or re they like an event only item or something?
@maxmcintosh it would have been easier to buy the items pre potentialed but you could try using 90% pot scrolls i guess. occult cubes are cheap so you can probably get 3% on each equip fairly cheaply

Ok, so i got 5 clean pieces from the empress set and plan on getting the shoulder piece from the black friday coin event. Now i know this is a nubby question, but how would i go about adding hidden potential to the clean set? also, roughly how much do you think it would cost to get decent %'s on the 5 equips?

I personally plan on cubing my empress equips with occult cubes hoping for some 6% int or something.
u will get quite nice range with all empress 3% int each, i have that too , but a godly weapon with it

with 1b you can get some empress, and make it cheap %INT.
If you're unfunded, get the 5 set effect from Empress if you can. It's a pretty huge boost. Without specific numbers, it's hard to say what will be better, though.
Been in the same situation with my night lord.
I bought the whole set excluding the shoulder and my range increased
about 20% because of the set effects. I just don't like that
they are unreadable.
generally, clean 4 set excluding weapon/Cape/Shoulder, is 20%~25% Stat
