Recommend me a fun social game

Are there any MMOs out there that are well known for their communities and socializing? With college starting up again, in the late night hours, I find myself to be the only person awake in my friend group, and it can get boring. I really liked talking on MapleStory all the time, but whenever I go back to it now, people don't seem to want to socialize as much, and I play in Scania so it's not like I can't find people to talk to. I'm just looking for a game where people love talking and messing around, something very casual. I get all my try-hardiness out with LoL! aha
