Cygnus Skills for Explorers
So I've had a loooong break from maple and such, but now that I've returned, it seems like my UA Bishop lost her special skill.
On my buccaneer I'm currently on my 5th thunder orb and I was wondering, is this still even possible? Will I be able to throw sharks once I gotten them all?
I want to complete the quest out of stubbornness, but can you even still get an attack skill?

EMS likes to mess things up, it's probably bugged.

Yeah you can still get it, but you can't make new UAs anymore
