I personally feel kinda bummed about it considering after I popped it, I tried to do all the quest, to see if there was another like it. But to no avail and such. Sigh

I personally am just going to do it on another account and hope one day it is tradable or a new perma badge comes out. I am wondering why it isn't a drop from the boss. Why is your paragraph all on one side? o_o I've never had trouble with the normal pot scrolls either. But then again, I use the normal ones less often because the numbers make me nervous (30% is a lot). And yeah, I reckon it should have been a drop from the boss as well.

I used a 80% Epic scroll, 20% boom chance.
It passed, revealed with 6% LUK.

Any equips with at least 1 scroll slot is potable, unless specified otherwise on the item (like some silent crusade rings and whatnot).

I bet if that if I had used a normal pot scroll, it would have worked. Oh well. >.<
