Adding players to BasilID
Is there no caps lock check for adding players? Cause i tried adding a one of my character called Siliica, but I couldn't add her. So i searched that name up on the search bar up the top, and I found out that there is a person called SiLIica that already exists
Is there a way to bypass this? Or am i never gonna be able to add her to my Players list?

@Mikkann The other person has STOLEN your character's name (assuming you're truly the owner of the "Siliica" character).
This happens sometimes on Basilmarket when people make multiple accounts and they need to attach a Maplestory character in order to be able to post, so they steal a random character from the Rankings page.
Here's what you need to do to clear this up:
Log into the game on that character and take a screenshot of the character saying "Hi Basil, this is Mikkann on Basilmarket". Make sure the screenshot includes the character's name under the character and the Chat bubble over their head with the text. This will prove the character actually belongs to you.
Then upload the screenshot to a picture hosting site like imgur or tinypic and copy the Direct Link URL they give you on the side of the screenshot.
Log into Basilmarket and click the "Contact" link at the bottom right corner of any Basilmarket page and select the "Other" subject line.
Type out an explanation of the problem, and paste the URL of the screenshot into the text of the ticket as evidence.
Open another browser tab and do the search for your character's name again here on Basilmarket, then display the other person's "Players" page (the one that has your character on it) and copy the URL of that page, then paste that URL into the ticket also, to show who has stolen your character.
Then Submit the ticket. Tickets go directly to Mr. Basil who can check it out for you and hopefully return the character to you.
Incidentally, it's not the capital letters that's causing the problem, there can be only one instance of any character name on Maplestory (and Basilmarket) because Maplestory ignores capital letters in character names. That is, "FantomeFlame" is the same as "fantomeflame" or "FANTOMEFLAME". They're all the same character.
The problem is that someone else is using your character and Basilmarket only allows one instance of a character, so you can't add it again until it's released from that other person's account.
