remaking accounts
rule 10 of the website says i'm not supposed to have more than one account according to the indepth guide, but it's fine to remake if i delete the account i have right now and make a new one, right? or is that only for special situations

Unfortunately you can't delete an account. What you need to do is send a ticket to Mr. Basil and request a name change for your account.
Explain to him why you want it, then it's up to him to approve it and change it for you.
