I was having enormous pain on one of mine, I bought some oral anesthetic, popped a tylenol, and started using this toothpaste for sensitive teeth and the pain was gone in like two days. I havent had trouble since. The anesthetic didnt actually help as much as the tylenol though but it was fun to use
