how do I hotkey my decent SE now? I just got back from a long break and cant get it to stick on a key, when I switch gloves the hotkey is removed..

how do I hotkey my decent SE now? I just got back from a long break and cant get it to stick on a key, when I switch gloves the hotkey is removed..

The reason why the skill gets removed after you unequip your gloves is because the key you put the skill on is displayed in the Quick Slot section. If you put it on any key which is not in your Quick Slot and you unequip your gloves the skill will be remembered on that key you put it on until the next time you wear the gloves again. It will be gone too if you open your keyboard settings and save the changes.
Put the decent skill on a macro and hot key it
