Am I the only one who thinks this
I believe that Nexon actually does not "work" on issues that occur like item duping and stuff like that during the time that the server is taken down. I have a strong feeling that the company has taken down the game and went to live their own lives and do other things rather than deal with the game issues. I believe that out of 10 hours of the server being down, maybe 30 minutes-1 hour is actually the time spent on fixing the errors. The reason I believe this is because I have played many different games online and usually a "patch" (new content being added) takes no more than 30 minutes at the very maximum. Nexon really cannot be that stupid can they? Thoughts?

I don't think so. Trying to solve a glitch is pretty hard work, especially if you have a game this big. I've never really played any mmo enough to see people abuse glitches as much as the hackers in this community. Which reminds me, you can't really say crap about nexon's explot patches because the players are the ones who spend time and effort to try to find exploits.
If you ask me they're just really ignorant about the community. If Nexon were a person, they'd be great at talking, but they'd be crap at listening to you.

Everyone thinks nexon does not work hard, but in reality go try working there, it would be a stressful job.

No, just no. Go read the twitter of the CEO @5toVe , he answers questions about the game and receive the issues in real time. Also in the forums one mod said an employee worked 24 hours straight during the RED patch whitout sleep..
