Why are there kids wearing shorts in the snow

On behalf of the college, that is pretty embarrassing. But what surprised me was that some of them didn't even bother to go anonymous. It's like they were asking for it.

Well...I seriously think they overdid that. I'd be so pissed if I was one of those people in the cars. I wouldn't mind if it was friends playing a joke on me.
