@Msjazz: Examine is a great source that summarizes key points for those who TL;DR scientific journals. Once again, creatine has been linked to elevated DHT and elevated DHT has been linked to accelerated hair loss, however correlation doesn't equal causation. The 3 months may or may not have affected your hair, there's no definitive way to tell. If you're really worried about its impact then common sense would tell you to stop taking it. However, I doubt the 3 months would have made a noticible impact as far as the rate you're losing hair at.
Elevated DHT will indeed accelerate hair loss, and creatine supplementation may facilitate an increased rate of conversion of T to DHT. In theory the correlation is there, however there just isn't enough conclusive evidence to stand behind causation. At the moment, only one study conducted has linked creatine supplementation to hair loss and you can find that here:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19741313
You should be diligent with any foreign substance you put into your body. Do you really trust basilers to make a decision for you that may affect you for the rest of your life?
how about if a person already used creatine some time in their life? I used creatine for around 3 months before I stopped using it 7 months ago. Can I still use it knowing that the creatine I used before already increased the DHT? Ive read the studies from examine.com but I am unsure if I should just stop using it, or will it be too late since I already used it.
man its just no worth it, the only supplement i can recommend you is a whey and that is if you don't have enough time to cook/eat consistent meal, if so, fuark all that industrial garbage, it can ruin you health pretty bad

Orrr worry about risks to gain weight and power naturally and save money lol
Dude don't worry about risks. Soon enough they'll literally be outweighed by the amount of weight you can put up.
I personally find that creatine isn't worth taking to begin with, but that's just my opinion. There's a guy here who's well versed in supplements and could probably help you out more but I don't remember his id lol @boredaf would know
