I think I got owned
So last 3 miracle times went well for me, so I said y not cube again. I used at least 60 cubes (red and black) on an epic ring, and not once did it rank.... Is it just me or did the rate get nerfed? like a lot.

got legendary on cra weapon/ vip mage shield and tyrant boots
unique on superior earrings and faf top

I used 2 cubes. The first one got my Superior earrings from Unique to Legendary. The 2nd didn't do anything of note. It's a matter of luck.
I got:
maple emblem: epic>uni>legend (12% atk, 30% boss)
ghost badge: unique>legend (15% all)
tyrant boots: unique>legend (15% luk)
ra pants: unique>legend (30% luk)
crack ring: unique>legend (21% luk)
all for under 130k nx (all of the tiers were before 50k nx was spent, used the other 80k to get stats.
I'm happy.

I used 11 black cubes got 1 unique and 1 leg. Then I threw 1 red cube on my epic superior ring and it went unique.
4 cubes took my emblem from epic to legendary. Did you pray first?
Last week i used 22 on reinforced ring it stayed epic then i used 2 master craftsmen and i got unique.
Today i used one cube on a reinforced pendant got unique
