My White Duck can talk?
My pet can talk already? I thought it has to be lvl 15 before it talk?

You have probably played this game for awhile too. I had my first pet in 2006. I definitely didn't forget about what level a pet could talk in human language and it seems like I was not the only person, but not that it matter now.
After I got my Penguin pet from the event I can tell you I am correct. My Penguin only said 'Wek' for anything. At Level 10 it should talk in English.
Pets start to talk in 'human phrases' when they reach Level 10. And at Level 15 you can use the '/pet command'.
The pets that can talk in 'human phrases' at Level 1 already are an exception, so the above rule still applies to most of the pets.

The pet(s) or maybe this Duck from this event might be an exception but in general you are correct.

@WeirdKaiser: hmm, I see. My corgi talked at level 10. Before that, he never talked when I gave him commands. Same with my Kino. My pink bean talked from level 1. My duck also seemed to have started talking at level 1. I guess each pet is different.
it leveled fast cuz the bread gives more closeness than a regular pet food

Pets in general need to reach level 10 before they can speak the human language and at level 15 you can use the /pet command.

Pets can talk by level 10 I believe.
Lol i told him bad boy then cutie and then he lvled up. He told me to feed him so i fed him 1 bread then he lvled up again. I checked his lvl and its lvl 7 right now. Wow is it that fast?
