He may have done smething as simple as accidently double tapping Caps Lock the first time, causing the word he wanted to caps lock to be NOT caps locked, and the words that came AFTER to BE caps locked...

No, that would be REDUNDANT, since NON-specials are TIME LIMITED... Time limited specials means that they're being SOLD for a limited time, not that the items themselves AREN'T perma...

@dupants lol you assumed what the TS thought and then became passive aggressive towards people assuming what you thought.
Assuming. that the TS actually thought differently from what you assumed, your first comment looks like you're just stating the obvious and not answering the question and helping the TS.
Personally, since I don't buy nx and nexon used to have a lot of events where they give out event equips that show no expiration date, but then have an expiration date after being handed out, I would double check on basilmarket for someone who has already made a purchase/receive the item.
