10% Pdr or 10% all stats

okay thanks guys! so I guess 10% all stat is better for me atm I assume
Get both and replace your Kaiser link (if you're using it). If not, I'd prioritize the 10% all stat if you're not an avid bosser.
%Ignore only matters for Bosses. eventually you'll want both but probably 10% first unless you're already doing end-game bosses
i have 44% PDR atm should I make a lumi for the 15% pdr or xenon for the 10% all stats
I don't know where you're getting these sources of stats from. If this is a weapon/secondary/emblem that has 15% pdr or 10% all stats, you would rather have PDR on that since you can get %stats on other stuff.
It also depends. If you have more than 80% pdr and don't see yourself doing Chaos Pink Bean, Hard Hilla or Chaos Vellum, then get 10% all stats.
EDIT: Whoops, didn't see the part where you want it for link. I guess go for the 10% all stats then. PDR is more for end-game stuff, so you can wait on that for now.
