So how long will it take to get this cleared (49f)
How much time would i have to spent just getting to know these stages, trying to clear em and what good are the rewards?

Most of the floors are intuitive, but the floors that require practice (when I went through it, anyway) were 22 (which is a difficult JQ until you get the hang of it), 24 (a quiz that tests your knowledge of maple's BGM), and 42 (which is just so silly oh my god).
You should be able to unlock your pill slots and get to floor 41+ in a week or two if you're really serious about it.

49f used to be "hard" since no one realized that clicking the monsters would show the monster in the monster book (as it does in normal gameplay). As this isn't an intended feature (KMS doesn't have monster book), some monsters cannot be clicked (eg: red snails cannot be clicked while blue snails can).

Lel here I am unable to get past the first JQ stage
You can look up some guides on youtube.
