Which world to start in?
I'm returning to Maplestory after a year break, and I know I should leave Scania because it's both crowded and filled with assholes. Which world should I go to? Also, how do I start out fresh? I haven't had a fresh start in years so I could use some tips. Thanks!

Windia or Bellocan.
Bellocan is like the Canada of Maple. Nice community, not too big. Much less hackers.
Windia is like the... ...America? of Maple. Power-hungry people but still nice.
If you're looking to play with friends, go for a world like Renegades. I recently started up there and I gotta say its been fun, although its not too crowded. Windia is also nice choice imo. You can easily make some money from the current event going on (maple leaves); just do a little research.
Windia, Broa, or Bera are good worlds. But Khaini is easier to level up at lower levels, but it is sometimes hard to get a LHC party, but not always
Stay at Scania, easy parties at LHC when you get higher level
