Hey guys. I'm 17 and trying to work on my abs. I need an at home an workout to help define them.

Can anyone give me a weekly workout routine to define my abs ?

If you have a high body fat % it doesn't matter how many ab exercises you do, they're not going to be visible.

If you want your abs to show then do cardio and go on a low-carb low-fat diet, lower your daily calories by around 300-400, and you'll slowly but surely get slimmer over time and your abs will start showing eventually.

You can still do ab exercises to make them pop more, there are literally hundreds of different things you can do.. just YouTube "ab exercises" and experiment and do what you like best and what you find works for you.

Abs on a skinny guy don't count. Go to the gym and start lifting, then start thinking about cutting when you're at least 180 pounds. By the way, you don't have a fast metabolism, you just don't eat enough. Calculate your macros and get into a proper routine.

I don't know what you're looking for exactly, but check out blogilates on YouTube.
I looooove her. I feel like it's more geared towards females, but anyone can do them.
She also has workout calendars on her website.
I am so sore from Day 4 Beginners Calendar...Even sitting down hurts because of my butt muscles pressing against the chair.
That was probably TMI, but you get the idea. But then again you're probably a lot more fit than I am.
Nope no gear. I do eat slightly unhealthy but have a fast metabolism so I don't put on weight.

Swimming isn't really an option. No pool at home or nearby.
Doesn't matter if you have a fast metabolism. You may be able stay skinny but you will not get abs if you don't eat right.

As for a workout, you can search online and look at what works best for you. The only supplemental ab work out I do are planks, but that's because I still activate my core doing other workouts at the gym.

Everyone wants abs. All you have to do is get lower body fat %, I'd say around 6-8 for clean, 10-12 for slight definition and shape.

If you want to develop core strength so that after you actually HAVE big abs after shedding the fat, then just do the typical ab exercises that everybody does in high repetition.

You don't need equipment for abs.

90% of abs are made in the kitchen. You won't get the results that you are looking for if you eat junk (Excessive carbs and fat).

Planks are probably the best workout for abs IMO. Crunches and sit-ups hurt your lower back.

I'm assuming you don't have any weight or gear.
