Look up boss and Ctrl+F 4 until you find the right one.
it's a boss that the 4th body of it has 516million HP
The hints are pretty clear.
it has something to do with the number 4.
I personally just used Ctrl + F, and typed "516".
I found it right away.
Something that you have to hit ~516 million 1's on to kill
the 4th has 516 million points to hit.
