I would highly recommend taking out 2 points from Damage (which is around 60 ap) and adding it to something like boss damage Add those back to Damage when you reach a higher level and got planty of ap to waste
At this point you have the major increase out of the way. So from there I would add 5~7 points to Critical Rate, Crit Damage, Boss damage and Ignore Defense.
@antisenpai: ummm i dont think they have that maybe at highers lvls i dont know but pdr is percent damage reduction? if so they dont have that in hyper stats, do u mean ignore def?

@nat244: Ignore def is referred to as pdr

Honestly, I wouldn't suggest maxing many things. You can put a bunch of things to 5 without any real cost.
I did PDR then Boss, but then it's the same as potential, it's situational to what you're lacking.
@crizit: ahh i see i see but no ignore def or boss damage 2nd?
If you got high crit rate then start working on crit damage. If its a low rate, then go for rate.
I keep hearing people say critical or critical damage, but I'm honestly not sure myself.
